Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada via Canada Post.

• Free Shipping: All orders ship free of charge, anywhere in Canada.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 6–12 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@sophiatoronto.com and we'll do our best to help before it ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@sophiatoronto.com and we'll help track it down.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Canada. We hope to expand in the future!
