We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at info@sophiatoronto.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you full instructions on how and where to send your package back to us.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sophiatoronto.com — we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate apparel cannot be returned unless faulty.
